Design Thinking Workshop formula: 1 or 2 intense and participatory working days with your Mktg, R&D, Communication, Production business units. Starting from a given brief (brand, product, service, communication strategy, ADV) first, i will prepare all necessary materials to stimulate the workshop (trends, tools, exercises); than, I will lead the workshop making people working together towards the expected results; at least, I will assess a report with all emerged data and ideas. Timing: 1 week for data preparation, 1/2 day workshop, 4 days to assess the report. Where: at your company.
